HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
For 21st Mortgage inventory, they deliver homes from customers who have defaulted on their home loan. 21st Mortgage then refurbishes the home to factory standards and we, Repo Mobile Homes of Oklahoma, then sell it to you at a huge discount. You can finance through 21st Mortgage, your own lender or use cash. 21st Mortgage is the largest mobile home lender in the United States, and we are pleased to have them as a partner.
ABOUT OUR HOMES
We have a wide variety of homes available including Solitaire, Clayton, Sunshine, Legacy, Oak Creek, River Birch, Palm Harbor, Champion, Fleetwood and more. We take great pride in transparent pricing.
Our price includes:

The only addition to our price is sales tax.
