the price includes (does not include Park Models): 

• The home 
• Delivery (within 50 miles) 
• New or like new appliances 
• Block, level and anchor 
• ABS pad set 
• Installation of new or existing AC 
• Trimout 
• 2 sets of steps with handrail 
• Vinyl skirting
• 1st site inspection conducted by the transporter  

The only addition to our price is sales tax. 

*Your land is your responsibility.  

Remember to budget for items such as utility hookups, permits, etc.
